Room was small and functional for my use. I was up and out every day till late. Cleaned daily with fresh towels to top cleanliness, the fridge in the room is a nice touch, I left some water in so it was nice and cold after a day walking. The TV worked to catch up on the Euros. Bathroom clean and spotless. Air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was a nice continental, with a great assistant on hand to welcome you. Dining in the courtyard just before a busy day. The owners are nice to chat too, friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.

The location was excellent, close to some major attractions and the hop on hop off bus stop, and lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great. Room and bathroom is small, compared to US standards, but is totally acceptable in Rome. I guess they built the lift after hotel was constructed because the stops on the lift were midway between floors, thereby we still had to carry luggage up or down steps.

Great location near the railway station and within easy walking distance of the city centre, Roman Forum, etc, with good eating option close by in the Monti district. Nicely appointed rooms which are spotlessly clean and a decent breakfast for the price. Friendly, help staff. This is a great, value for money option (€80 per night) you like classic small Italian hotels.

The hotel was clean and tidy and towels changed everyday. The aircon worked well which was very welcome. However the fridge didn't work properly, we were out a lot so it didn't bother us too much. The location is very good,.a nice pizzeria next to the hotel and a gelatario at the end of the road.

Great location with easy transport to all of Rome. Great local restaurants and gelato nearby. The staff at reception were so friendly and helpful!!! As a first time solo traveller I felt completely safe.
